With the rise of the Delta variant in our community and our restauranteurs stretched thin due to staffing shortages we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 event.
. The music was fantastic we missed REO Speedwagon but enjoyed the bands at both stages. Authentic Ethiopian food live music and cultural performance by local and international bands Ethiopian folk dancing. The event has already taken place on this date.
Food vendors include but are not limited to Tacos El Diablito the Waffle Lab Gourmet Grub Scratch Kitchen Rats Woodshack BBQ and Kona Ice. Other vendors and sponsors will be at the event hosting activities such as free face painting giveaways and connecting with the community. Taste of Colorado will return in 2021 but in a new location The festival will span all of downtown and feature local food music and art.
